The Iyer Clinic started in Nov 1997. Today The Iyer Clinic-Herndon on Dulles Technology Drive is our main clinic with a satellite clinic at The Iyer Clinic-Sterling on Ridgetop Circle, Sterling. In addition we care for seniors in 6 Assisted Living Centers in the Sterling, Reston, Herndon area. We are one of the few clinics who deliver home-based services to homebound patients who are enrolled in our Home-At-Last SM housecall program. Our commitment to service and excellence has earned us multiple awards as we to continue to grow. The Iyer Clinic–Stone Spring opened in 2017 at the site of the new Stone Spring Medical Center, bringing our services to the communities of Aldie, South Riding & Ashburn.
